Highlights of the Week

Dear Mom and Dad,
This week in school 3 out of 5 of our butterflies came out of their chrysalis! We also went to the Maker Faire and Robotics. Ask us about our joke books!

1st Grade Playground Picnic
1st Grade Playground Picnic
On Wednesday, June 7th, all first grade parents are invited to join the first grades for an end of the year celebration- a playground picnic!
Please send your child in with a brown bag lunch and a beach towel/picnic blanket OR you can choose to bring lunch for your child. We will meet everyone on the field next to the front playground at 12:15!
In the event of rain, each class will hold an “indoor picnic” in their classrooms.
We look forward to celebrating the end of a wonderful year in first grade with you and your children!

Highlights of the Week

Dear Mom and Dad,
This week in school we learned about the life cycle of a butterfly. Our caterpillars came in the mail and we watching them grow. We also helped dig bad worms out of the garden. Ask me about it!
